Since 1976, Tompkins Learning Partners has provided support to adult learners in Tompkins County. Trained volunteer tutors and staff partner with students to help them reach their educational and life goals through no-cost 1:1 tutoring and small group learning. Our work together includes English language learning, studying for the GED, and preparing for citizenship interviews. We believe that education transforms lives at any age. We enjoy celebrating with our students as they find or improve employment, become confident and articulate communicators in a new language, volunteer in our community, reach their educational goals, achieve US citizenship, pursue long-held dreams, and more!
