weather-related closures
When the Ithaca City School District (ICSD) is closed for weather-related reasons, Tompkins Learning Partners will also be closed. When ICSD is delayed by one hour, Tompkins Learning Partners will open at 10:00 am. When ICSD is delayed by two hours, TLP will open at 11:00 am.
